BLACKLINE reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on March 21, 2019.
In 2018, five BLACKLINE executives received on average a compensation package of $4.4M, a 825% increase compared to previous year.
Marc Huffman, Chief Operating Officer, received $10M in total. 64% of Huffman's compensation, or $6.6M, was in stock awards. Huffman also received $269K in non-equity incentive plan, $3.2M in option awards, $310K in salary, as well as $11K in other compensation.
Therese Tucker, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $4.7M, which increased by 744% compared to previous year. 43% of the compensation package, or $2M, was in stock awards.
Mark Partin, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2.9M in 2018, a 556% increase compared to previous year.
Chris Murphy, Former Chief Revenue Officer, received $2.2M in 2018, which increases by 392% compared to 2017.
Karole Morgan-Prager, Chief Legal and Administrative Officer, earned $1.7M in 2018, a 288% increase compared to previous year.
