BLACKLINE CEO Marc Huffman's 2021 pay jumps 56% to $6M

BLACKLINE reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on March 25, 2022.
In 2021, five BLACKLINE executives received on average a compensation package of $3.7M, a 31% decrease compared to previous year.
Marc Huffman, Chief Executive Officer, received $6M in total, which increased by 56% compared to 2020. 41% of Huffman's compensation, or $2.5M, was in option awards. Huffman also received $548K in non-equity incentive plan, $475K in salary, $2.5M in stock awards, as well as $14K in other compensation.
Therese Tucker, Executive Chair, received a compensation package of $4.7M, which decreased by 44% compared to previous year. 44% of the compensation package, or $2.1M, was in stock awards.
Mark Partin, Chief Financial Officer, earned $3.2M in 2021, a 52% decrease compared to previous year.
Mark Woodhams, Chief Revenue Officer, received $2.5M in 2021.
Peter Hirsch, Chief Technology Officer, earned $2.3M in 2021, a 21% decrease compared to previous year.
