BorgWarner CEO James Verrier's 2018 pay rises 7% to $15M

BorgWarner reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on March 15, 2019.
In 2018, seven BorgWarner executives received on average a compensation package of $5.2M, a 5% decrease compared to previous year.
James R. Verrier, Chief Executive Officer, received $15M in total, which increased by 7% compared to 2017. 80% of Verrier's compensation, or $12M, was in stock awards. Verrier also received $1.1M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.1M in salary, as well as $839K in other compensation.
Frederic B. Lissalde, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $5M, which increased by 47% compared to previous year. 50% of the compensation package, or $2.5M, was in stock awards.
Ronald T. Hundzinski, Chief Financial Officer, earned $4.2M in 2018, a 10% decrease compared to previous year.
Robin Kendrick, Vice President and Presidentand General Manager, BorgWarner Turbo Systems, received $3.5M in 2018.
John J. Gasparovic, Chief Legal Officer, earned $3.4M in 2018, a 29% increase compared to previous year.
Joseph F. Fadool, Vice President and Presidentand General Manager, BorgWarner Emissions &Thermal Systems, received $3M in 2018.
Tonit M. Calaway, Chief Legal Officer, earned $2.5M in 2018, a 14% decrease compared to previous year.
