BorgWarner reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on March 20, 2020.
In 2019, six BorgWarner executives received on average a compensation package of $5.3M, a 1% increase compared to previous year.
Frederic B. Lissalde, Chief Executive Officer, received $14M in total, which increased by 178% compared to 2018. 68% of Lissalde's compensation, or $9.5M, was in stock awards. Lissalde also received $2.8M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.2M in salary, as well as $530K in other compensation.
Kevin A. Nowlan, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $6M. 65% of the compensation package, or $3.9M, was in stock awards.
Joseph F. Fadool, Vice President, President and General Manager, BorgWarner Emissions, Thermal and Turbo Systems, earned $3.6M in 2019, a 21% increase compared to previous year.
Stefan Demmerle, Vice President, President and General Manager, BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems, received $3.2M in 2019.
Tonit M. Calaway, Chief Legal Officer, earned $3.2M in 2019, a 30% increase compared to previous year.
Thomas J. McGill, Vice President, Controller, Tax, Enterprise Risk Management, received $1.8M in 2019.
