BorgWarner reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on March 19, 2021.
In 2020, six BorgWarner executives received on average a compensation package of $4M, a 24% decrease compared to previous year.
Frederic B. Lissalde, Chief Executive Officer, received $9.8M in total, which decreased by 29% compared to 2019. 65% of Lissalde's compensation, or $6.4M, was in stock awards. Lissalde also received $1.6M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.1M in salary, as well as $819K in other compensation.
Kevin A. Nowlan, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $3.3M, which decreased by 44% compared to previous year. 51% of the compensation package, or $1.7M, was in stock awards.
Joseph F. Fadool, Vice President, President and General Manager, BorgWarner Emissions, Thermal and Turbo Systems, earned $3.3M in 2020, a 8% decrease compared to previous year.
Stefan Demmerle, Vice President, President and General Manager, BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems, received $2.9M in 2020, which decreases by 11% compared to 2019.
Brady D. Ericson, Vice President, President and General Manager, BorgWarner Morse Systems, earned $2.4M in 2020.
Tonit M. Calaway, Chief Administrative Officer, received $2.2M in 2020, which decreases by 30% compared to 2019.
