Boston Properties reported fiscal year 2011 executive compensation information on March 29, 2012.
In 2011, five executives at Boston Properties received on average a compensation package of $5.3M, a 56% increase compared to previous year.
Mortimer B. Zuckerman, Chief Executive Officer, received $10M in total, which increased by 23% compared to 2010. 48% of Zuckerman's compensation, or $4.8M, was in stock awards. Zuckerman also received $2.7M in bonus, $1.2M in option awards, $950K in salary, as well as $276K in other compensation.
Douglas T. Linde, President, received a compensation package of $5.4M, which increased by 40% compared to previous year. 52% of the compensation package, or $2.8M, was in stock awards.
Raymond A. Ritchey, Executive Vice President, Head of the Washington, D.C. Office and National Director of Acquisitions and Development, earned $5.1M in 2011, a 28% increase compared to previous year.
E. Mitchell Norville, Chief Operating Officer, received $4.1M in 2011, which increases by 29% compared to 2010.
Michael E. LaBelle, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.9M in 2011, a 48% increase compared to previous year.
