Brinker International CEO Wyman Roberts' 2019 pay jumps 46% to $10M

Brinker International reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on October 4, 2019.
In 2019, five executives at Brinker International received on average a compensation package of $3M, a 27% increase compared to previous year.
Wyman T. Roberts, Chief Executive Officer, received $10M in total, which increased by 46% compared to 2018. 42% of Roberts' compensation, or $4.2M, was in option awards. Roberts also received $1.9M in non-equity incentive plan, $1M in salary, $2.8M in stock awards, as well as $65K in other compensation.
Steve Provost, EVP & CCO Chili's Grill & Bar, received a compensation package of $1.6M, which decreased by 12% compared to previous year. 32% of the compensation package, or $516K, was in non-equity incentive plan.
Kelly C. Baltes, EVP & President, earned $1.3M in 2019.
Joseph G. Taylor, Chief Financial Officer, received $1.3M in 2019, which increases by 15% compared to 2018.
Maggiano's Richard A. Badgley, EVP & CAO, earned $978K in 2019, a 13% decrease compared to previous year.
Brinker International's fiscal year ends on June 29.
