Brinks reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on March 23, 2022.
In 2021, six Brinks executives received on average a compensation package of $3.7M, a 24% decrease compared to previous year.
Douglas A. Pertz, Chief Executive Officer, received $11M in total, which decreased by 18% compared to 2020. 78% of Pertz's compensation, or $8.9M, was in stock awards. Pertz also received $1.2M in non-equity incentive plan, $1M in salary, as well as $254K in other compensation.
Ronald J. Domanico, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $2.8M, which decreased by 26% compared to previous year. 53% of the compensation package, or $1.5M, was in stock awards.
Mark Eubanks, Chief Operating Officer, earned $2.5M in 2021.
Raphael J. Shemanski, Former Executive Vice President, received $2M in 2021, which decreases by 22% compared to 2020.
Michael F. Beech, Executive Vice President, earned $1.8M in 2021, a 15% decrease compared to previous year.
Rohan Pal, Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer and Chief Digital Officer, received $1.6M in 2021.
