Broadridge Financial Solutions reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on October 2, 2019.
In 2019, six executives at Broadridge Financial Solutions received on average a compensation package of $5.2M, a 7% increase compared to previous year.
Richard J. Daly, Chief Executive Officer, received $10M in total, which decreased by 8% compared to 2018. 33% of Daly's compensation, or $3.4M, was in stock awards. Daly also received $1.5M of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $1.3M in non-equity incentive plan, $3.3M in option awards, $856K in salary, as well as $67K in other compensation.
Timothy C. Gokey, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $7.3M, which increased by 75% compared to previous year. 30% of the compensation package, or $2.2M, was in option awards.
Robert Schifellite, Corporate Senior Vice President,, earned $4M in 2019, a 26% increase compared to previous year.
Christopher J. Perry, Corporate Senior Vice President, Global Sales, Marketing and Client Solutions, received $3.7M in 2019, which increases by 39% compared to 2018.
James M. Young, Chief Financial Officer, earned $3.2M in 2019, a 5% increase compared to previous year.
ICS Adam D. Amsterdam, General Counsel, received $2.5M in 2019.
Broadridge Financial Solutions' fiscal year ends on June 30.
