BurgerFi International reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on May 26, 2022.
In 2021, three executives at BurgerFi International received on average a compensation package of $1.6M, a 62% decrease compared to previous year.
Michael Rabinovitch, Chief Financial Officer, received $3.8M in total. 88% of Rabinovitch's compensation, or $3.3M, was in stock awards. Rabinovitch also received $250K in bonus and $215K in salary.
Ian Baines, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $721K. 75% of the compensation package, or $543K, was in salary.
