Burlington Stores reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 1, 2021.
In 2020, five executives at Burlington Stores received on average a compensation package of $4.9M, a 34% decrease compared to previous year.
Michael O'Sullivan, Chief Executive Officer, received $9.6M in total, which decreased by 69% compared to 2019. 67% of O'Sullivan's compensation, or $6.4M, was in stock awards. O'Sullivan also received $2.1M in option awards, $1M in salary, as well as $48K in other compensation.
Jennifer Vecchio, President and Chief Merchandising Officer, received a compensation package of $5.8M, which increased by 63% compared to previous year. 50% of the compensation package, or $2.9M, was in stock awards.
Fred Hand, Chief Operating Officer, earned $4.3M in 2020, a 69% increase compared to previous year.
John Crimmins, Chief Financial Officer, received $3M in 2020, which increases by 148% compared to 2019.
Joyce Manning Magrini, Executive Vice President - Human Resources, earned $1.7M in 2020, a 39% increase compared to previous year.
Burlington Stores' fiscal year ends on February 1.
