CACI International reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on September 8, 2022.
In 2022, five executives at CACI International received on average a compensation package of $4.7M, a 13% decrease compared to previous year.
John S. Mengucci, Chief Executive Officer, received $8.4M in total, which decreased by 31% compared to 2021. 66% of Mengucci's compensation, or $5.5M, was in stock awards. Mengucci also received $381K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $1.3M in non-equity incentive plan, $1M in salary, as well as $176K in other compensation.
DeEtte Gray, President, Business and Information Technology Solutions, received a compensation package of $5.9M, which increased by 52% compared to previous year. 73% of the compensation package, or $4.3M, was in stock awards.
Todd Probert, President, National Security and Innovative Solutions, earned $4.1M in 2022.
Thomas A. Mutryn, Chief Financial Officer, received $2.9M in 2022, which decreases by 22% compared to 2021.
J. William Koegel, Jr, General Counsel, earned $2.3M in 2022, a 15% increase compared to previous year.
CACI International's fiscal year ends on June 30.
