CalAmp reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on June 27, 2022.
In 2022, four CalAmp executives received on average a compensation package of $1.8M, a 3% increase compared to previous year.
Jeffery Gardner, Chief Executive Officer, received $2.8M in total, which decreased by 7% compared to 2021. 71% of Gardner's compensation, or $2M, was in stock awards. Gardner also received $255K in non-equity incentive plan, $515K in salary, as well as $48K in other compensation.
Kurtis Binder, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $2M, which increased by 34% compared to previous year. 68% of the compensation package, or $1.3M, was in stock awards.
Anand Rau, Chief Technology Officer, earned $1.4M in 2022, a 48% increase compared to previous year.
Arym Diamond, SVP and Chief Revenue Officer, received $1.1M in 2022, which decreases by 33% compared to 2021.
CalAmp's fiscal year ends on February 28.
