In 2021, five Caleres executives received on average a compensation package of $3.7M, a 141% increase compared to previous year.
Diane M. Sullivan, Chief Executive Officer, received $10M in total, which increased by 248% compared to 2020. 50% of Sullivan's compensation, or $5.1M, was in stock awards.
