Calpine reported fiscal year 2010 executive compensation information on March 30, 2011.
In 2010, five Calpine executives received on average a compensation package of $2.3M, which is about the same as previous year.
Jack A. Fusco, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.8M in total, which decreased by 14% compared to 2009. 41% of Fusco's compensation, or $1.6M, was in option awards. Fusco also received $1.1M in non-equity incentive plan, $1M in salary, as well as $53K in other compensation.
John B. Hill, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $3.4M, which increased by 57% compared to previous year. 62% of the compensation package, or $2.1M, was in option awards.
W. Thaddeus Miller, Chief Legal Officer, earned $2M in 2010, a 18% decrease compared to previous year.
Zamir Rauf, Chief Financial Officer, received $1.3M in 2010, which increases by 8% compared to 2009.
Jim D. Deidiker, Chief Accounting Officer, earned $781K in 2010, a 25% decrease compared to previous year.
