Canoo reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on June 1, 2022.
In 2021, three Canoo executives received on average a compensation package of $19M, a 45% decrease compared to previous year.

Tony Aquila, Chief Executive Officer, received $45M in total, which increased by 25% compared to 2020. 98% of Aquila's compensation, or $44M, was in stock awards. Aquila also received $500K in salary and $189K in other compensation.
Josette Sheeran, President and Board Member, received a compensation package of $11M. 96% of the compensation package, or $10M, was in stock awards.
Peter Savagian, Chief Technology Officer, earned $2.9M in 2021.
