Carnival reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on February 26, 2020.
In 2019, five Carnival executives received on average a compensation package of $5.3M, a 16% decrease compared to previous year.
Arnold W. Donald, Chief Executive Officer, received $11M in total, which decreased by 17% compared to 2018. 64% of Donald's compensation, or $7.1M, was in stock awards. Donald also received $2.3M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.5M in salary, as well as $288K in other compensation.

David Bernstein, Chief Financial Officer, received $3.8M in 2019, which decreases by 17% compared to 2018.
Arnaldo Perez, General Counsel, earned $2.1M in 2019, a 14% decrease compared to previous year.
Carnival's fiscal year ends on November 30.
