Carnival reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on March 11, 2021.
In 2020, five Carnival executives received on average a compensation package of $6.1M, a 16% increase compared to previous year.
Arnold W. Donald, Chief Executive Officer, received $13M in total, which increased by 19% compared to 2019. 92% of Donald's compensation, or $12M, was in stock awards. Donald also received $857K in salary and $220K in other compensation.
