U.S. Auto Parts Network reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 20, 2022.
In 2020, five executives at U.S. Auto Parts Network received on average a compensation package of $1.1M, a 27% increase compared to previous year.
Lev Peker, Chief Executive Officer, received $2M in total, which increased by 7% compared to 2019. 30% of Peker's compensation, or $589K, was in bonus. Peker also received $459K in option awards, $441K in salary, $459K in stock awards, as well as $46K in other compensation.
David Meniane, Chief Operating and Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $1.1M, which increased by 21% compared to previous year. 33% of the compensation package, or $363K, was in salary.
Houman Akhavan, Chief Marketing Officer, earned $805K in 2020, a 28% increase compared to previous year.
Sanjiv Gomes, Chief Technology Officer, received $779K in 2020, which increases by 81% compared to 2019.
Alfredo Gomez, General Counsel, earned $758K in 2020, a 69% increase compared to previous year.
U.S. Auto Parts Network's fiscal year ends on January 1.
