Catalent CEO John Chiminski's 2018 pay jumps 35% to $8.5M

Catalent reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on September 21, 2018.
In 2018, six Catalent executives received on average a compensation package of $2.9M, a 14% increase compared to previous year.
John Chiminski, Chief Executive Officer, received $8.5M in total, which increased by 35% compared to 2017. 46% of Chiminski's compensation, or $3.9M, was in stock awards. Chiminski also received $1.8M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.7M in option awards, $1M in salary, as well as $110K in other compensation.
Steven Fasman, General Counsel, received a compensation package of $1.9M, which increased by 22% compared to previous year. 33% of the compensation package, or $645K, was in stock awards.
William Downie, Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing, earned $1.9M in 2018, a 1% decrease compared to previous year.
Jonathan Arnold, President, Oral Drug Delivery, received $1.8M in 2018.
Wetteny Joseph, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.7M in 2018.
Matthew Walsh, Chief Financial Officer, received $1.4M in 2018, which decreases by 27% compared to 2017.
Catalent's fiscal year ends on June 30.
