Catalent reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on September 20, 2019.
In 2019, five Catalent executives received on average a compensation package of $3.6M, a 25% increase compared to previous year.
John Chiminski, Chief Executive Officer, received $8.5M in total, which is about the same as previous year. 49% of Chiminski's compensation, or $4.1M, was in stock awards. Chiminski also received $1.4M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.8M in option awards, $1M in salary, as well as $132K in other compensation.

Steven Fasman, General Counsel, earned $1.7M in 2019, a 13% decrease compared to previous year.
