CBOE Holdings reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on March 31, 2022.
In 2021, five executives at CBOE Holdings received on average a compensation package of $4.7M, a 20% increase compared to previous year.
Edward T. Tilly, Chairman, received $11M in total, which increased by 17% compared to 2020. 50% of Tilly's compensation, or $5.3M, was in stock awards. Tilly also received $3.2M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.3M in salary, as well as $853K in other compensation.

David Howson, Executive Vice President, President Europe and Asia Pacific, received $3.1M in 2021, which increases by 53% compared to 2020.
Patrick Sexton, General Counsel, earned $1.9M in 2021.
