CBRE Group reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 6, 2022.
In 2021, six CBRE Group executives received on average a compensation package of $6.2M, a 16% increase compared to previous year.
Robert E. Sulentic, Chief Executive Officer, received $14M in total, which increased by 16% compared to 2020. 70% of Sulentic's compensation, or $9.8M, was in stock awards. Sulentic also received $3.2M in non-equity incentive plan, $940K in salary, as well as $4.5K in other compensation.
Michael J. Lafitte, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $5.5M, which increased by 34% compared to previous year. 52% of the compensation package, or $2.8M, was in stock awards.
Leah C. Stearns, Chief Financial Officer, earned $5.4M in 2021, a 56% increase compared to previous year.
Daniel G. Queenan, Chief Executive Officer, received $5.2M in 2021, which increases by 58% compared to 2020.
Chandra Dhandapani, Chief Operating Officer, earned $4M in 2021.
Emma E. Giamartino, Chief Financial Officer, received $3M in 2021.
