CDW Chairman Thomas Richards' 2018 pay jumps 30% to $9.1M

CDW reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 10, 2019.
In 2018, five CDW executives received on average a compensation package of $3.5M, a 17% increase compared to previous year.
Thomas E. Richards, Chairman, received $9.1M in total, which increased by 30% compared to 2017. 31% of Richards' compensation, or $2.8M, was in non-equity incentive plan. Richards also received $2.7M in option awards, $991K in salary, $2.6M in stock awards, as well as $11K in other compensation.
Christine A. Leahy, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $2.8M, which increased by 36% compared to previous year. 37% of the compensation package, or $1M, was in non-equity incentive plan.
Christina M. Corley, Chief Operating Officer, earned $2.1M in 2018, a 27% increase compared to previous year.
Douglas E. Eckrote, Senior Vice President, Small Business Sales and eCommerce, received $1.9M in 2018, which increases by 28% compared to 2017.
Collin B. Kebo, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.7M in 2018.
