CDW reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 7, 2022.
In 2021, six CDW executives received on average a compensation package of $4.9M, a 33% increase compared to previous year.
Christine A. Leahy, Chief Executive Officer, received $8.9M in total, which increased by 41% compared to 2020. 32% of Leahy's compensation, or $2.8M, was in option awards. Leahy also received $2.4M in non-equity incentive plan, $925K in salary, $2.8M in stock awards, as well as $15K in other compensation.
Albert J. Miralles, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $5.5M. 59% of the compensation package, or $3.2M, was in stock awards.
Sona Chawla, Chief Growth and Innovation Officer, earned $4.8M in 2021, a 15% increase compared to previous year.
Christina M. Corley, Chief Commercial and Operating Officer, received $4.5M in 2021, which increases by 22% compared to 2020.
Collin B. Kebo, Chief Financial Officer, earned $3.5M in 2021, a 26% increase compared to previous year.
Elizabeth H. Connelly, Chief Coworker Services Officer and Senior Vice President – Coworker Services, received $2.2M in 2021, which increases by 57% compared to 2020.
