Celadon Group reported fiscal year 2009 executive compensation information on September 30, 2009.
In 2009, five executives at Celadon Group received on average a compensation package of $713K, a 3% increase compared to previous year.
Stephen Russell, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.8M in total, which increased by 13% compared to 2008. 39% of Russell's compensation, or $690K, was in salary. Russell also received $659K in option awards, $390K in stock awards, as well as $42K in other compensation.
Paul Will, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $703K, which increased by 20% compared to previous year. 41% of the compensation package, or $290K, was in salary.
Chris Hines, Chief Operating Officer, earned $486K in 2009, a 11% decrease compared to previous year.
Jonathan Russell, Executive Vice President Logistics and President, received $402K in 2009, which decreases by 17% compared to 2008.
Kenneth Core, Secretary, earned $192K in 2009, a 30% decrease compared to previous year.
Celadon Group's fiscal year ends on June 30.
