Celcuity reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 3, 2019.
In 2018, three Celcuity executives received on average a compensation package of $406K, a 7% decrease compared to previous year.
Brian F. Sullivan, Chief Executive Officer, received $564K in total, which increased by 15% compared to 2017. 56% of Sullivan's compensation, or $314K, was in option awards. Sullivan also received $250K in salary.
Lance G. Laing, Chief Scientific Officer, received a compensation package of $411K, which decreased by 6% compared to previous year. 69% of the compensation package, or $285K, was in salary.
Vicky Hahne, Chief Financial Officer, earned $242K in 2018, a 37% decrease compared to previous year.
