Celcuity reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on March 31, 2020.
In 2019, three Celcuity executives received on average a compensation package of $729K, a 80% increase compared to previous year.
Brian F. Sullivan, Chief Executive Officer, received $992K in total, which increased by 76% compared to 2018. 75% of Sullivan's compensation, or $742K, was in option awards. Sullivan also received $250K in salary.
Lance G. Laing, Chief Scientific Officer, received a compensation package of $991K, which increased by 141% compared to previous year. 68% of the compensation package, or $676K, was in option awards.
Vicky Hahne, Chief Financial Officer, earned $205K in 2019, a 15% decrease compared to previous year.
