Celcuity reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 11, 2022.
In 2021, three Celcuity executives received on average a compensation package of $931K, a 148% increase compared to previous year.
Brian F. Sullivan, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.3M in total, which increased by 183% compared to 2020. 80% of Sullivan's compensation, or $1.1M, was in option awards. Sullivan also received $260K in salary.
Lance G. Laing, Chief Scientific Officer, received a compensation package of $926K, which increased by 115% compared to previous year. 52% of the compensation package, or $478K, was in option awards.
Vicky Hahne, Chief Financial Officer, earned $541K in 2021, a 141% increase compared to previous year.
