Celcuity reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on March 31, 2023.
In 2022, three Celcuity executives received on average a compensation package of $742K, a 20% decrease compared to previous year.
Brian F. Sullivan, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.3M in total, which decreased by 6% compared to 2021. 92% of Sullivan's compensation, or $1.1M, was in option awards. Sullivan also received $106K in salary.
Lance G. Laing, Chief Scientific Officer, received a compensation package of $606K, which decreased by 35% compared to previous year. 54% of the compensation package, or $325K, was in salary.
Vicky Hahne, Chief Financial Officer, earned $370K in 2022, a 32% decrease compared to previous year.
