Celularity reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on May 1, 2023.
In 2021, four Celularity executives received on average a compensation package of $9.1M, a 239% increase compared to previous year.
Robert J. Hariri, Chief Executive Officer, received $22M in total, which increased by 714% compared to 2020. 93% of Hariri's compensation, or $20M, was in option awards. Hariri also received $369K in non-equity incentive plan, $1.2M in salary, as well as $36K in other compensation.
Andrew Pecora, M.D., F.A.C.P, President, received a compensation package of $9.1M. 93% of the compensation package, or $8.4M, was in option awards.
John Haines, Chief Operating Officer, earned $4M in 2021.
David Beers, Chief Financial Officer, received $1.5M in 2021.
