Celularity reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on November 19, 2024.
In 2022, four Celularity executives received on average a compensation package of $2.4M, a 73% decrease compared to previous year.
Robert J. Hariri, Chief Executive Officer, received $5.2M in total, which decreased by 76% compared to 2021. 51% of Hariri's compensation, or $2.7M, was in option awards. Hariri also received $1.2M in salary, $1.3M in stock awards, as well as $43K in other compensation.
John Haines, Chief Administrative Officer, received a compensation package of $2.5M, which decreased by 38% compared to previous year. 53% of the compensation package, or $1.3M, was in option awards.
David Beers, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.7M in 2022, a 16% increase compared to previous year.
Adrian Kilcoyne, Chief Medical Officer, received $268K in 2022.
