Cerner reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 29, 2019.
In 2018, six Cerner executives received on average a compensation package of $4.7M, a 29% decrease compared to previous year.
Brent Shafer, Chief Executive Officer, received $9.6M in total. 42% of Shafer's compensation, or $4M, was in option awards. Shafer also received $895K in non-equity incentive plan, $729K in salary, $3.7M in stock awards, as well as $309K in other compensation.

Michael R. Nill, Chief Operating Officer, received $4.3M in 2018, which decreases by 51% compared to 2017.
Marc G. Naughton, Chief Financial Officer, earned $3.3M in 2018, a 39% decrease compared to previous year.
Clifford W. Illig, Chairman, received $1.7M in 2018, which decreases by 37% compared to 2017.
