Central Federal reported fiscal year 2007 executive compensation information on March 27, 2008.
In 2007, three executives at Central Federal received on average a compensation package of $219K, a 1% increase compared to previous year.
David C. Vernon, Chairman, received $266K in total, which increased by 1% compared to 2006. 45% of Vernon's compensation, or $120K, was in salary. Vernon also received $92K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $24K in stock awards, as well as $31K in other compensation.
Mark S. Allio, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $237K, which increased by 1% compared to previous year. 74% of the compensation package, or $175K, was in salary.
Raymond E. Heh, Chief Operating Officer, earned $153K in 2007, a 1% decrease compared to previous year.
