Charter Communications reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on March 19, 2020.
In 2019, five executives at Charter Communications received on average a compensation package of $4.3M, a 8% increase compared to previous year.
Thomas M. Rutledge, Chief Executive Officer, received $8.7M in total, which increased by 7% compared to 2018. 70% of Rutledge's compensation, or $6.1M, was in non-equity incentive plan. Rutledge also received $205K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $2M in salary, as well as $456K in other compensation.
John Bickham, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $5M, which increased by 7% compared to previous year. 60% of the compensation package, or $3M, was in non-equity incentive plan.
David Ellen, Senior Executive Vice President, earned $3.3M in 2019, a 2% increase compared to previous year.
Christopher L. Winfrey, Chief Financial Officer, received $2.5M in 2019, which increases by 16% compared to 2018.
Kevin Howard, Chief Accounting Officer, earned $2M in 2019, a 25% increase compared to previous year.
