Chemed reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 9, 2019.
In 2018, five Chemed executives received on average a compensation package of $4.1M, a 18% increase compared to previous year.
Kevin J. McNamara, Chief Executive Officer, received $8.8M in total, which increased by 11% compared to 2017. 31% of McNamara's compensation, or $2.7M, was in non-equity incentive plan. McNamara also received $22K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $2M in option awards, $1.1M in salary, $1.7M in stock awards, as well as $1.2M in other compensation.
David P. Williams, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $4.2M, which increased by 23% compared to previous year. 30% of the compensation package, or $1.3M, was in non-equity incentive plan.
Nicholas M. Westfall, Executive Vice President, earned $3.1M in 2018, a 24% increase compared to previous year.
Spencer S. Lee, Executive Vice President, received $2.7M in 2018, which increases by 24% compared to 2017.
Naomi C. Dallob, Chief Legal Officer, earned $2M in 2018, a 24% increase compared to previous year.
