Chemed reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 9, 2021.
In 2020, five Chemed executives received on average a compensation package of $5.4M, a 24% increase compared to previous year.
Kevin J. McNamara, Chief Executive Officer, received $12M in total, which increased by 19% compared to 2019. 34% of McNamara's compensation, or $4M, was in option awards. McNamara also received $55K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $3.1M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.3M in salary, $2.2M in stock awards, as well as $1.3M in other compensation.
David P. Williams, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $5.2M, which increased by 33% compared to previous year. 31% of the compensation package, or $1.6M, was in option awards.
Nicholas M. Westfall, Executive Vice President, earned $4.2M in 2020, a 32% increase compared to previous year.
Spencer S. Lee, Executive Vice President, received $3.3M in 2020, which increases by 38% compared to 2019.
Michael D. Witzeman, Vice President and Controller, earned $2.1M in 2020.
