Childrens Place reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 1, 2022.
In 2021, five executives at Childrens Place received on average a compensation package of $4.9M, a 9% decrease compared to previous year.
Jane Elfers, Chief Executive Officer, received $12M in total, which decreased by 25% compared to 2020. 60% of Elfers' compensation, or $7.1M, was in stock awards. Elfers also received $3.5M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.1M in salary, as well as $142K in other compensation.
