Aduro BioTech reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 14, 2022.
In 2021, three executives at Aduro BioTech received on average a compensation package of $2.4M, a 31% decrease compared to previous year.
Eric Dobmeier, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.6M in total, which decreased by 42% compared to 2020. 51% of Dobmeier's compensation, or $1.8M, was in option awards. Dobmeier also received $286K in non-equity incentive plan, $547K in salary, $920K in stock awards, as well as $2.5K in other compensation.
Tom Frohlich, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $1.9M, which decreased by 27% compared to previous year. 52% of the compensation package, or $976K, was in option awards.
Andrew King, Chief Scientific Officer, earned $1.7M in 2021, a 13% decrease compared to previous year.
