Choice Hotels International reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on March 25, 2019.
In 2018, five executives at Choice Hotels International received on average a compensation package of $2.5M, a 37% decrease compared to previous year.
Patrick S. Pacious, Chief Executive Officer, received $5.8M in total, which increased by 44% compared to 2017. 39% of Pacious' compensation, or $2.3M, was in stock awards. Pacious also received $6K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $1.7M in non-equity incentive plan, $752K in option awards, $925K in salary, as well as $89K in other compensation.

David A. Pepper, Chief Development Officer, earned $1.9M in 2018, a 15% decrease compared to previous year.
Simone Wu, General Counsel, received $1.4M in 2018, which increases by 5% compared to 2017.
Patrick Cimerola, Chief Human Resources Officer, earned $1.2M in 2018, a 2% decrease compared to previous year.
