Choice Hotels International reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on April 6, 2020.
In 2019, five executives at Choice Hotels International received on average a compensation package of $3M, a 20% increase compared to previous year.
Patrick S. Pacious, Chief Executive Officer, received $6.8M in total, which increased by 18% compared to 2018. 46% of Pacious' compensation, or $3.2M, was in stock awards. Dominic Dragisich, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2.4M in 2019, a 18% increase compared to previous year.
Simone Wu, General Counsel, received $1.4M in 2019, which decreases by 2% compared to 2018.
John E. Bonds, Senior Vice President, Enterprise Operations and Technology, earned $1.4M in 2019.
