Choice Hotels International reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 12, 2021.
In 2020, five executives at Choice Hotels International received on average a compensation package of $4.2M, a 42% increase compared to previous year.
Patrick S. Pacious, Chief Executive Officer, received $11M in total, which increased by 63% compared to 2019. 66% of Pacious' compensation, or $7.3M, was in stock awards. Pacious also received $1.5M in bonus, $10K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $1.2M in option awards, $953K in salary, as well as $113K in other compensation.
Dominic Dragisich, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $3.5M, which increased by 46% compared to previous year. 58% of the compensation package, or $2M, was in stock awards.
David A. Pepper, Chief Development Officer, earned $2.6M in 2020, a 13% decrease compared to previous year.
John E. Bonds, Senior Vice President, Enterprise Operations and Technology, received $2M in 2020, which increases by 45% compared to 2019.
Simone Wu, General Counsel, earned $2M in 2020, a 42% increase compared to previous year.
