Cimpress reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on October 22, 2018.
In 2018, five Cimpress executives received on average a compensation package of $5.3M, a 17% increase compared to previous year.
Robert S. Keane, Chief Executive Officer, received $8.5M in total, which decreased by 22% compared to 2017. 80% of Keane's compensation, or $6.8M, was in stock awards. Keane also received $1.7M in salary and $2K in other compensation.
Katryn S. Blake, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $5.7M, which increased by 17% compared to previous year. 57% of the compensation package, or $3.2M, was in stock awards.
Sean E. Quinn, Chief Financial Officer, earned $4.7M in 2018, a 41% increase compared to previous year.
Donald LeBlanc, Executive Vice President and President, Vistaprint Corporate Solutions, received $3.9M in 2018, which increases by 37% compared to 2017.
Cornelis David Arends, Executive Vice President and President, Upload and Print, earned $3.9M in 2018, a 44% increase compared to previous year.
Cimpress' fiscal year ends on June 30.
