Cimpress reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on October 7, 2020.
In 2020, three Cimpress executives received on average a compensation package of $5.6M, a 36% increase compared to previous year.
Average pay of disclosed executives at Cimpress
Robert S. Keane, Chief Executive Officer, received $9.4M in total, which decreased by 23% compared to 2019. 99% of Keane's compensation, or $9.3M, was in stock awards. Keane also received $30K in salary and $31K in other compensation.
Sean E. Quinn, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $4.3M, which increased by 8% compared to previous year. 75% of the compensation package, or $3.2M, was in stock awards.
Maarten Wensveen, Chief Technology Officer, earned $3.1M in 2020, a 187% increase compared to previous year.
Cimpress' fiscal year ends on June 30.
