Cinemark Holdings reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on April 10, 2020.
In 2019, five executives at Cinemark Holdings received on average a compensation package of $3.1M, a 14% increase compared to previous year.
Mark Zoradi, Chief Executive Officer, received $6.3M in total, which increased by 20% compared to 2018. 49% of Zoradi's compensation, or $3.1M, was in stock awards. Zoradi also received $1.9M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.1M in salary, as well as $166K in other compensation.

Michael Cavalier, General Counsel, received $2.2M in 2019, which increases by 5% compared to 2018.
Valmir Fernandes, President - Cinemark International, earned $2M in 2019, a 9% increase compared to previous year.
