Cintas reported fiscal year 2010 executive compensation information on September 16, 2010.
In 2010, six Cintas executives received on average a compensation package of $894K, a 18% decrease compared to previous year.
Scott D. Farmer, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.7M in total, which increased by 58% compared to 2009. 42% of Farmer's compensation, or $725K, was in salary. Farmer also received $482K in non-equity incentive plan, $166K in option awards, $296K in stock awards, as well as $62K in other compensation.
J. Phillip Holloman, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $1M, which increased by 53% compared to previous year. 52% of the compensation package, or $530K, was in salary.
Thomas E. Frooman, General Counsel, earned $949K in 2010, a 35% decrease compared to previous year.
William C. Gale, Chief Financial Officer, received $863K in 2010, which decreases by 48% compared to 2009.
Michael L. Thompson, Vice President and Treasurer, earned $472K in 2010, a 60% decrease compared to previous year.
J. Michael Hansen, Vice President and Treasurer, received $329K in 2010, which decreases by 34% compared to 2009.
Cintas' fiscal year ends on May 31.
