Cintas reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on September 15, 2020.
In 2020, five Cintas executives received on average a compensation package of $2.8M, a 30% decrease compared to previous year.
Scott D. Farmer, Chief Executive Officer, received $6.7M in total, which decreased by 22% compared to 2019. 72% of Farmer's compensation, or $4.8M, was in stock awards. Farmer also received $1.3M in salary and $611K in other compensation.
Todd M. Schneider, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $2.5M, which decreased by 38% compared to previous year. 43% of the compensation package, or $1.1M, was in stock awards.
J. Michael Hansen, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.7M in 2020, a 37% decrease compared to previous year.
Thomas E. Frooman, General Counsel, received $1.6M in 2020, which decreases by 21% compared to 2019.
Michael L. Thompson, Chief Administrative Officer, earned $1.6M in 2020, a 41% decrease compared to previous year.
Cintas' fiscal year ends on May 31.
