Cintas reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on September 15, 2021.
In 2021, five Cintas executives received on average a compensation package of $3.9M, a 40% increase compared to previous year.

Scott D. Farmer, Chairman, received $9M in total, which increased by 35% compared to 2020. 56% of Farmer's compensation, or $5.1M, was in stock awards. Farmer also received $2.1M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.1M in salary, as well as $758K in other compensation.
Todd M. Schneider, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $3.7M, which increased by 50% compared to previous year. 31% of the compensation package, or $1.2M, was in stock awards.
J. Michael Hansen, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2.5M in 2021, a 46% increase compared to previous year.
Michael L. Thompson, Chief Administrative Officer, received $2.3M in 2021, which increases by 46% compared to 2020.
Thomas E. Frooman, General Counsel, earned $2.1M in 2021, a 32% increase compared to previous year.
Cintas' fiscal year ends on May 31.
