Cisco Systems reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on October 24, 2018.
In 2018, five executives at Cisco Systems received on average a compensation package of $16M, a 74% increase compared to previous year.
Charles H. Robbins, Chief Executive Officer, received $21M in total, which increased by 27% compared to 2017. 70% of Robbins' compensation, or $15M, was in stock awards. Robbins also received $5M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.2M in salary, as well as $122K in other compensation.

Kelly A. Kramer, Chief Financial Officer, received $11M in 2018, which increases by 30% compared to 2017.
David Goeckeler, Executive Vice President and General Manager, Networking and Security Business, earned $11M in 2018.
Cisco Systems' fiscal year ends on July 29.
