CLEANSPARK reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on January 27, 2022.
In 2021, three CLEANSPARK executives received on average a compensation package of $10M, a 678% increase compared to previous year.
Zachary Bradford, Chief Executive Officer, received $15M in total, which increased by 853% compared to 2020. 61% of Bradford's compensation, or $9.3M, was in option awards. Bradford also received $2.7M in bonus, $500K in salary, $2.3M in stock awards, as well as $309K in other compensation.
S. Matthew Schultz, Chairman, received a compensation package of $12M, which increased by 815% compared to previous year. 61% of the compensation package, or $7.4M, was in option awards.
Lori Love, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2.8M in 2021, a 198% increase compared to previous year.
CLEANSPARK's fiscal year ends on September 30.
